Bio
Commercial Appraisal first interested me because of my own real estate investment. My appraisal career started as a Commercial Appraiser Trainee in 2005. As a trainee I assisted in the appraisal of various property types including industrial, retail, residential subdivisions, condominiums, and apartments. I now specialize in appraisal of market rent apartments, low income apartments (Affordable Housing), and market studies for Low Income Tax Credit Housing.
