Bio
Christopher Clancy is a lifelong Portland Oregon resident and attended the University of Oregon, Warner Pacific College, and Portland State University. A commercial real estate appraiser since January 2006, Mr. Clancy has appraised and consulted on a variety of property types with various levels of complexity. Examples include regional malls, movie theaters, office buildings, retail centers, residential subdivisions, hotels, condominiums, apartments, industrial headquarters/business parks, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, single-tenant net leased buildings, vacant land, and mixed use developments. Mr. Clancy possesses competency and experience in diverse geographical market areas in Oregon.
Speciality
Christopher Clancy specializes in condemnation appraisals including fee takings, temporary and permanent easements, as well as complete and partial takings for a variety of property types including but not limited to retail, office, industrial, residential, and commercial and rural land. He has experience in regards to valuing privately and publicly owned properties based on the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land, often referred to as Yellow Book standards. In addition to this work, he focuses on assignments pertaining to estate planning, value negotiations, and/or property valuation disputes.

Fun Fact
During his time at Warner Pacific College in 2003, Chris achieved All American status as an NAIA Indoor Track 3,000 Meter national champion in Johnson City, Tennessee with a time of 8 minutes and 23 seconds.
