Bio
Matt Logan began his appraisal career with PGP Valuation in February 2002 as a trainee before becoming a licensed appraiser in December of 2007. He also operated his own appraisal company from 2008 to 2013. Then worked as a Senior Appraiser at CBRE from 2013 to 2020. He also worked for Altus Group from 2022 to 2023 as a Real Estate Valuation Consultant. His experience includes a variety of property types including local and institutionally owned multi-family, shopping centers, net leased properties, low and mid-rise office buildings, medical offices, land, and industrial property among others.
